@GetSpectrum I don't understand the constant outages with Spectrum. I'm in SFV area and in September alone we had 5 outages each lasting multiple hours. There is an outage going on RIGHT NOW. I don't ever remember an outage with TimeWarner. How times have changed :/

@Ballz4u @Ask_Spectrum I pay $290 a month, they just raised my bill. They don’t even issue credit unless the service is interrupted for 4 hrs or more. I’ve never missed a payment, I’ve never been late. But this is how they treat me.

@Ask_Spectrum I’m in an outage, techs are working on it. But there is no recourse for me the consumer because spectrum policy is to apologize that the outage happened and say it is out side their control. So I am paying for services I can’t use.

@GetSpectrum Friends and I moved in with each other, set up the move with you! We get to the new place and nothing is ready after you said it would be! Now must wait till 10/15 to get a tech. Better cancel you commercial in moving out you might get sued!#falseadvertising

@Ballz4u @Ask_Spectrum I don’t think I would. I’ve been on the phone all day with them, first they said it was an outage, now they have to send a tech out. Then if I want to get credit for the missed services I’ll have to call back and go through the whole process again.
