@Ask_Spectrum Again, I literally just hung up the phone with y’all for the 2nd time in 2 hours and you said it was an outage and couldn’t do anything about it. Feigning helpfulness is silly at this point. Just fix your outage and give refunds to everyone you failed today.

I’m paying $69.99 a month for an upgraded internet from @GetSpectrum but it is slower than their usual cheaper plan! When I complain, they either do a phone troubleshoot or send a technician. Internet works fast for the next 15 minutes, and goes back to horribly slow speed again!

Cable modem died overnight. Brought it in for a replacement and the woman laughed, "OMG, this thing is ancient". Now I'm realizing I've been paying a monthly fee for years for this piece of sh*t with no proactive customer support from @GetSpectrum. 5G can't get here fast enough.

As someone who works from home and relies on the internet, yet ANOTHER @Ask_Spectrum outage means more lost wages for me. Last month, they credited almost half the bill due to these constant outages. Those credits don’t come CLOSE to covering the wages I’ve lost. #Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum My current issue is basically your entire business model. Lower, more expensive speeds than RCN, intermittent connections & your grossly technologically inferior cable boxes. Got my grandmother paying extra for limited DVR when my @PlayStation Vue cloud DVR comes free & unlimited

@GetSpectrum I don't understand the constant outages with Spectrum. I'm in SFV area and in September alone we had 5 outages each lasting multiple hours. There is an outage going on RIGHT NOW. I don't ever remember an outage with TimeWarner. How times have changed :/

@Ballz4u @Ask_Spectrum I pay $290 a month, they just raised my bill. They don’t even issue credit unless the service is interrupted for 4 hrs or more. I’ve never missed a payment, I’ve never been late. But this is how they treat me.

@Ask_Spectrum I’m in an outage, techs are working on it. But there is no recourse for me the consumer because spectrum policy is to apologize that the outage happened and say it is out side their control. So I am paying for services I can’t use.

@GetSpectrum Friends and I moved in with each other, set up the move with you! We get to the new place and nothing is ready after you said it would be! Now must wait till 10/15 to get a tech. Better cancel you commercial in moving out you might get sued!#falseadvertising
