  • Yes, if you win, you’ll have to ensure your new car is registered and insured.

    You don’t have to pay vehicle excise duty (VED) annually on zero-emission vehicles, but you’ll still have to register the car under your name. This can be done online.

  • If you win a car through the Auto Trader Electric Car Giveaway, we will contact you directly and arrange delivery or a collection location with you.

  • If you have off-road parking available, consider installing a home charging point – it’s one of the most convenient and affordable ways to charge an electric car.
