Dogtopia ofPewaukee has been agodsend for meand mydog, Sully! Wecome three days aweek and heabsolutely loves coming to“school”. Heis always treated with love, kindness, and respect! The people who work here know meby name and recognize mycar when Ipull upin the parkinglot. Iappreciate their flexibility, kindness, and consideration they've been beyond wonderful and it's been apleasure getting toknow them.
Boarding was also asmooth experience. I've never boarded mydog before an
d was quite nervous about leavinghim. Iwas assured that hewould bein the best care and have aball while Iwas gone all ofwhich were true.Thankyou, Dogtopia!

My dog isso happy when Idrop her off here! Iknow she looks forward tohaving afunday.She comes home almost too tired toeat. She needs totake alittle rest first! Myfirst experience with daycare soI did not know what toexpect. Highly recommend Dogtopia ofPewaukee.

Everyone issuper nice and informative about dogs. They knew Iwas worried about mydog's first boarding stay sothey even texted mepictures throughout her stay and gave her extra love forme.

Our pups are always soexcited toget todaycare inthe morning and see their friends and are always bouncing when wepick themup! The staff loves them and cares for them asif they were theirown. Ilove that wecan view the webcams tocheck onthem, and atthe beginning especially itwas ahuge comfort. They have learned tosocialize with other pups and are getting the exercise that Ican't give them working full time (or inthe winter… they don't care for very cold weather). This was one of the best moves wehave made for them!!… – show

After talking with someone onthe phone about getting mydog enrolled into doggy day care, and reading reviews. Idecided tonot gowith them. The lady onthe phone told methe meet and greets are only 10am or1030, and when Isaid Iwork during those hours, she asked “well doyou have any days you can takeoff?” Excuseme, the whole reason ofmy wanting toget mydog inday care was for meNOT tomiss work. Just overall rubbed methe wrongway. And she wasn't too pleasant with the conversation.Will not berecommend them toanyone. Save yourself the trouble and gosomewhere else, there isway better places inthe waukesha, pewaukee area.… – show

We use Dogtopia for daycare and boarding, and our dogs love itthere. What welove the most isthat they are free torun around and play all day versus ina kennel and only let out once ortwice aday, depending onwhat you payfor. The facilities are clean, cameras allow you tocheck inon your dog which provides peace ofmind. Staff isgreat, super friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend Dogtopia!

Since she has been working atDogtopia for almost 3years, wehave had 5customers who were nocall noshows- yesterday was the second time that you did not show for anappointment. Inaddition, several times you have been late foryour appointment, FACT CHECK: (THIS ISFALSE, I'VE NEVER BEEN LATE) which extends her day since she isgrooming six dogs perday. Since you have two dogs, you not showing for the scheduled appointment reduces her income by17% for those two weeks where you did not show upfor the appointment that you made. BUYER BEWARE! Iam sodisappointed inthis SHADY business. Ihave been anextremely loyal and patient customer and was SHOCKED today when Iwas charged for not showing upfor agrooming appt, after discussing with them months prior that they MUST SEND CONFIRMATION TEXTS/EMAILS/SMOKE SIGNALS WHATEVER! INORDER TOCONFIRM THESE APPOINTMENTS. THEY AGREED 6MONTHS AGO THAT THEY MADE AMISTAKE AND SHOULD SEND SUCH CONFIRMATIONS. Itis not 1952, DOGTOPIA, you have WIFI cameras, anapp, there isno excuse for not sending courtesy reminders toyour PAYING & LOYAL customers. Wemade anagreement several months ago that inthe future you would confirm appointments asALL BUSINESSESDO. THIS ISNOT ANEW IDEA! You failed onyour end toconfirm the appointment and then had the nerve toillegally charge meforit. Atmy last appt you called toconfirm, did Ishow? Yes and Paid and TIPPED very generously. Dogtopia feels like asecond home for ourpup. She lovesit, they all know her byname, and the facility issuper clean. Wenever feel bad about sending her todaycare orto board there— infact, it’s just the opposite! She ishaving asmuch fun (probably more!) than weare!

The staff isincredible, the love they show for mydog makes itreally easy atdropoff. They also pick and right from the car and bring him out atpickup. First dog for our family, and toured alot ofplaces, and Kevin and his staff inPewaukee make mylife easier and that makes mea lifelong customer. Ifyou are looking for agreat place for yourdog, take atour here, it’s definitely worth your time:)
